General:
All jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver (genuine) and crafted by hand, combined with natural gemstones (turquoise, lapis, onyx, garnet, sodalite, moonstone, etc.). All jewelry pieces are handcrafted, so each piece may slightly differ from another. The jewelry you receive may not look exactly like the photos. The hammering on hammered jewelry is done by hand and is not always symmetrical or straight.

Visiting the Studio:
You are welcome to schedule an appointment to visit the studio to view the jewelry, try it on, and, if desired, purchase or place an order.
Shipping Policy:
We ship across Israel at a cost of 20₪. Shipping is done via registered mail and takes up to 10 business days from the moment your order is completed.
Since the jewelry is handcrafted, the order preparation time can take up to two weeks. Once the jewelry is ready, you will receive a notification via email or SMS that your order is prepared and on its way to you. Please note that most orders are completed within 5 business days.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the courier service and beyond our control.
**Note:** Due to the current security situation, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you require urgent delivery, please contact me directly before placing an order.
Self Pickup:
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification, and you can schedule a visit to the studio (in northern Tel Aviv) to pick up your order free of charge.
Payment Methods:
You can pay with cash, credit card, or through payment apps (Bit/Papper).
Sizing:
If you are unsure of your size, you can refer to my self-measurement guide. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to me.
If possible, you are welcome to schedule a visit to the studio in northern Tel Aviv, and I will measure your size free of charge.
Custom Orders:
Interested in a custom design? Feel free to send me your idea, and I will get back to you with a price quote. Please make sure to include your full name, phone number, or email, and your design idea. If it's a gift, mention any deadlines for the preparation of the jewelry.
Jewelry Care / Warranty:
All jewelry is made from genuine 925 sterling silver and is water-resistant.
Avoid contact with perfume, skincare products, cleaning agents, and any chemicals that may cause the jewelry to tarnish. Additionally, it is advised to remove your jewelry before engaging in physical activity or swimming in the sea. When not wearing the jewelry, store it in a dry and shaded place (preferably in a closed box, not in the bathroom or any humid area).
If the jewelry tarnishes, you can clean it with a special polishing cloth or silver cleaning paste (available at most supermarkets).
There is a one-year warranty on the jewelry from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover cases where the jewelry is not properly maintained, such as loss/theft of the jewelry or part of it, breakage/tearing due to misuse, or if any repairs are done by another jeweler.
If the jewelry is damaged within the first year, you can contact me for further assistance.
Exchange / Return Policy:
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the jewelry is in its original condition and has not been damaged in any way. You can arrange to visit the studio for the exchange. If you are unable to come to the studio, the shipping costs for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
No exchanges are allowed for custom orders, such as special sizing, hammering, engraving, or any other personalized requests.
Refunds or cancellations are not accepted.

No copying, reproduction, distribution, transmission, or use of any kind of this content is permitted without express prior written consent from "Ofri Jewelry." Any violation of copyright will result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.
Purchasing on this website or any use of it constitutes agreement that the content is protected and may not be used for personal or commercial purposes without permission.
Personal Use of the Website: The website and its content are for personal use only. Commercial or marketing use, including advertising, resale, or distribution of the content, is prohibited.
Changes and Updates: We reserve the right to change and update the terms at any time without notice. It is recommended to periodically review the terms of service to ensure compliance with the most current conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are only possible if the ordered jewelry has not yet entered the production phase. To check the status of your order and confirm whether it can be canceled, please contact us directly via email or phone.
If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation is possible. However, please note that in certain cases, cancellation fees may apply. These fees include charges from the credit card company as well as from the payment processing company used on the website, with a cancellation fee of 40₪.
**note:** Custom jewelry orders, including special sizing, engravings, or other personalized requests, cannot be canceled.
